Once I place my order, how long does it take to ship?

Vytal takes great care in shipping your order via one of the quickest and most reliable services available, USPS Priority Mail/ First Class Mail. This normally takes 3-4 business days.

    • UPS 1 Day – $30

Do I need to have a prescription from a doctor before placing an order?

Over-the-counter (OTC) medications and medical devices are available without a prescription. For prescription (legend) drugs, we do require a valid prescription. You can ask your doctor to electronically prescribe your medication, we can request one from your doctor, or we can transfer a prescription from your local pharmacy.

How long does it take for a doctor to review my prescription?

In house processing time is approximately 48 hours. Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail/First Class Mail) usually delivers within 3-4 business days. Expedited shipping options are available.

Is my health information safe and secure in Vytal?

Yes, Vytal.Care uses several forms of security technology including firewalls, data encryption, and penetration testing to ensure that your personal health information is always protected. We do not sell or share your information with any third party entities.

Can I talk with a Registered Pharmacist?

I have insurance coverage for medications. Can I use my insurance to pay for my prescriptions?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for the purchase of FSA or HSA eligible items. We do not currently accept payments by gift card, checking account, or PayPal.

I had an issue with a shipment. Who do I contact?

Please contact our Customer Service team at (866) 744-0621 to report the incident within 14 days of expected delivery. Lost and damaged shipments are investigated and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What can I do if a discrepancy is found with my order?

We recommend that patients carefully check their order upon receipt. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately, within no more than 14 days of receipt.
